Job Summary

To drive customer activation and retention, the remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process, provide training, and ensure the long-term success of customers using LeagueApps' platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing platform guidance and support to new and existing customers
  • Manage day-to-day success for high-value accounts, focusing on adoption and operational readiness
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement solutions to enhance engagement and retention
Required qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships with a focus on configuration and adoption
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage customer data for engagement and decision-making
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce
  • Passion for youth and professional sports, with an understanding of customer needs in this sector
