Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To grow ExactCare's patient base, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will conduct phone-based medication assessments, register patients for services, and build relationships through exceptional customer service and education about medication management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
• Achieve key performance metrics and manage the patient assessment process to foster business growth
• Educate facilities and patients about ExactCare services while maintaining accurate records and preparing reports

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
