Job Summary
Managing the new hire onboarding process, the full-time Onboarding Specialist will ensure a smooth transition for new team members by overseeing pre-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Take charge of the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and screenings
- Conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days to address concerns and facilitate integration
- Maintain organized records of pre-employment documents and contribute to the improvement of onboarding procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
