Job Summary
To support the onboarding process for approximately 2,000 candidates annually, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage pre-employment testing, data processing, and compliance with HR guidelines while serving as a liaison between hiring managers and vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Administers pre-employment drug screens, criminal background checks, and motor vehicle reports, ensuring adherence to compliance standards
- Acts as the primary liaison between hiring managers, applicants, and third-party vendors for pre-employment activities
- Audits pre-employment data to identify compliance issues and communicates hiring status updates to management and applicants
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of related experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively
