Job Summary
To support the successful onboarding of churches, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will lead clients through the adoption of Tithely's products, conducting webinars and 1:1 video calls while providing ongoing support via email and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Lead churches through successful launches of Tithely products, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience
- Provide personalized onboarding care for assigned accounts and proactively engage customers at risk of cancellation
- Track and manage onboarding accounts using tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero to meet performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role with live customer interactions via video, phone, or chat
- Customer Success experience in a remote, SaaS environment is preferred
- Familiarity with church management systems (ChMS) or giving platforms is advantageous
- Experience in supporting retention or upselling premium services
- Ability to work full-time in the US and adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
