Job Summary
To support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding activities, ensure compliance requirements are met, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1
- Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of professional experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field
- Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding activities
- Working knowledge of HR compliance, including I-9 requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
