Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging patients through remote communication, the part-time Onboarding Specialist will conduct outreach to introduce the Podimetrics SmartMat program, guide patients through device setup and initial scans, and ensure successful onboarding while documenting interactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce the SmartMat program and guide patients through the onboarding process
• Document interactions and track outreach results in electronic health records and CRM tools
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Device Operations teams to enhance patient experience and activation rates

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in call center, healthcare support, patient engagement, or device sales roles
• Demonstrated success in telephonic outreach or customer-facing environments
• Comfortable navigating cloud-based systems and documentation tools
• Highly organized and adaptable with effective time management skills in a remote setting
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
