Job Summary
To support customer account management, the full-time Onboarding Specialist will complete account setup tasks, collaborate with internal teams for financial onboarding, and ensure accurate processing of customer documentation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete customer account setup tasks, including billing accounts and logo codes
- Partner with internal teams to support timely financial onboarding and account activation
- Process onboarding documentation and troubleshoot related issues to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, account setup, or related fields
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
