Job Summary

To support customer account management, the full-time Onboarding Specialist will complete account setup tasks, collaborate with internal teams for financial onboarding, and ensure accurate processing of customer documentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete customer account setup tasks, including billing accounts and logo codes
  • Partner with internal teams to support timely financial onboarding and account activation
  • Process onboarding documentation and troubleshoot related issues to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, account setup, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
