Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Divisional Onboarding Specialist will oversee the onboarding process for new employees remotely, ensuring a high-quality experience that aligns with brand standards while fostering employee engagement and a culture of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding programs tailored to roles across multiple senior living communities
• Serve as a liaison between HR and divisional leadership, developing brand-aligned onboarding plans and maintaining compliance with documentation standards
• Act as a point of contact for new hires, fostering early engagement and monitoring integration success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• Proven success in managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, onboarding systems, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in senior living is a plus
