Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the onboarding experience for new and reactivated workers, the full-time Onboarding Expert will manage targeted outbound calls, conduct onboarding consultations, and provide support through follow-up communications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to Clipboard app users
- Host around 5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations each day
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets while documenting all interactions
Required qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus
- Ability to work weekdays in US Eastern Time
- Clear and professional spoken and written English skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through on tasks
