Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
Leading the implementation and onboarding experience for new pharmacy clients, the remote Onboarding Specialist will manage multiple projects, provide personalized guidance on Lumistry's suite of products, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored onboarding experiences by understanding customer goals and workflows
- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple onboarding projects while ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, project coordination, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously
- Experience leading remote training and onboarding sessions
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, and Jotform
- Understanding of pharmacy operations or healthcare SaaS is preferred
