Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new clients, primarily entrepreneurial nurses launching Med Spa businesses, while working remotely and aligning hours with Pacific time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through a structured onboarding process
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues and ensure timely client activation
• Track onboarding status and capture client feedback to improve processes and documentation

Required qualifications

• Willingness to work Pacific time hours to support West Coast clients
• Experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, product, and operations teams
