Job Summary
To grow ExactCare's patient base, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will conduct phone-based medication assessments, register patients for services, and build relationships through exceptional customer service and education on medication management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
- Achieve key performance metrics and manage the patient assessment process to foster business growth
- Educate facilities and patients about ExactCare's services while maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Energetic and compassionate phone skills with strong organizational abilities
