Onboarding Specialist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process of launching their small business, including understanding business regulations and 401(k) plan adoption agreements
• Build rapport with clients over the phone and through email
• Collaborate with Sales team to provide client process updates and explain company products and services

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer relations experience
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Experience managing multiple accounts
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment and be a self-directed, independent worker
• Must pass a background check and meet work from home requirements
