Job Summary
A company is looking for a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the process of launching their small business, including understanding business regulations and 401(k) plan adoption agreements
- Build rapport with clients over the phone and through email
- Collaborate with Sales team to provide client process updates and explain company products and services
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer relations experience
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Experience managing multiple accounts
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment and be a self-directed, independent worker
- Must pass a background check and meet work from home requirements
