Job Summary

Driving the successful integration of restaurant partners, the full-time Onboarding Specialist (Italian Speaking) will manage the implementation process from initial sale to go-live, providing tailored training and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide restaurant partners through the comprehensive onboarding process, customizing system configurations to meet specific operational needs
• Deliver engaging training to restaurant staff via remote tools, focusing on optimizing their daily operations using the software
• Manage a dynamic queue of restaurant implementations to reduce time-to-onboarding while ensuring high-quality setup and deployment

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a customer support, implementation, or hospitality role
• Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal
• Proven experience training non-technical customers on software solutions
• Strong foundational understanding of restaurant operations and workflows
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion
