Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding/cross-boarding process for new and existing clinicians, including creating onboarding plans and facilitating communication between departments
• Build relationships with clinicians to support retention outcomes and collaborate with internal departments
• Coordinate and track clinician documents, escalate issues, and ensure accurate reporting and handoff to Risk

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred or 3 years of experience in critical thinking and decision-making
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in computer applications and adaptability to technological changes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
