Job Summary

To provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new customers, the full-time Onboarding Success Coach will engage with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure successful integration of the software in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the software platform
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support during the onboarding phase

Required qualifications
