Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable customer engagements during key journey milestones, including onboarding and early adoption efforts
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring maximum value from solutions throughout their lifecycle
- Guide customers through the onboarding phase, focusing on change management, communication planning, and technical enablement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in Customer Success with experience managing large customers and complex SaaS products
- Experience driving adoption during the customer onboarding phase (first 60-90 days)
- Proven ability to build and launch customer journey programs with defined success metrics
- High level of technical expertise, particularly with Jira, Confluence, and Loom
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
