Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable customer engagements during key journey milestones, including onboarding and early adoption efforts
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring maximum value from solutions throughout their lifecycle
  • Guide customers through the onboarding phase, focusing on change management, communication planning, and technical enablement


Required Qualifications
  • 5 years in Customer Success with experience managing large customers and complex SaaS products
  • Experience driving adoption during the customer onboarding phase (first 60-90 days)
  • Proven ability to build and launch customer journey programs with defined success metrics
  • High level of technical expertise, particularly with Jira, Confluence, and Loom
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
