Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients during setup and post-launch phases
• Lead onboarding meetings and coordinate with internal teams for timely implementation
• Monitor onboarding progress, address issues, and facilitate training sessions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Previous experience in support, training, or customer service
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward deadlines
• Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession is a plus
