Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable engagements for customers during onboarding and early adoption phases
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to maximize value from solutions
  • Guide customers through onboarding, focusing on change management and technical enablement
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years in Customer Success with experience managing large customers and complex SaaS products
  • Experience driving adoption during the customer onboarding phase (first 60-90 days)
  • Proven track record in building and launching customer journey programs
  • High level of technical expertise, including knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Loom
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
