Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable engagements for customers during onboarding and early adoption phases
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to maximize value from solutions
- Guide customers through onboarding, focusing on change management and technical enablement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in Customer Success with experience managing large customers and complex SaaS products
- Experience driving adoption during the customer onboarding phase (first 60-90 days)
- Proven track record in building and launching customer journey programs
- High level of technical expertise, including knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Loom
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
