Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding and support for digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for customers, including outreach and setup coordination
- Tailor customer-facing templates based on client inputs and business goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high-touch experience and troubleshooting technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation support in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a client-facing product or tool
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with strong organization
- Experience with KPIs related to onboarding processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce
