Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding and support for digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for customers, including outreach and setup coordination
  • Tailor customer-facing templates based on client inputs and business goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high-touch experience and troubleshooting technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation support in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing a client-facing product or tool

  • Experience with KPIs related to onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce
