Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact post-purchase, setting clear expectations and building trust with new clients
- Lead onboarding meetings and structured calls to ensure client training and product adoption
- Provide real-time support and coaching to Onboarding Success Managers while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a support, training, customer service, Team Lead, or Manager role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently toward deadlines
- Understanding of real estate is a plus, but not necessary
