Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact post-purchase, setting clear expectations and building trust with new clients
  • Lead onboarding meetings and structured calls to ensure client training and product adoption
  • Provide real-time support and coaching to Onboarding Success Managers while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions


Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a support, training, customer service, Team Lead, or Manager role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently toward deadlines
  • Understanding of real estate is a plus, but not necessary
