Job Summary

A company is looking for a CEX Onboarding Supervisor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop a team of Client Care Specialists during their first 60 days of employment
  • Establish clear expectations for agent performance and monitor performance through live sessions
  • Provide workforce management oversight, ensure compliance guidelines are followed, and recommend additional training if necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience and 2-3 years in customer service or call center environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in training or coaching in a customer service or call center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and modern communication tools for virtual teams
