Job Summary
To ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to organizational standards, the full-time remote Onboarding Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the Onboarding call center, oversee performance audits, facilitate team calibrations, and provide coaching to enhance new patient referral experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the Onboarding call center, ensuring accountability to key performance indicators
- Collaborate across teams to enforce quality standards and provide consultation on performance metrics
- Engage with team members and members to deliver outstanding customer service while modeling successful behaviors
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience managing, leading, mentoring, and training frontline employees
- Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring calls for customer service quality
- Proven ability to provide targeted feedback and manage to metrics and objectives
