Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding 20,000 new employees by setting up computers and providing configuration and provisioning support
  • Address connectivity and access issues for new hires
  • Handle inbound calls in a busy call center environment, managing 300-400 calls per week
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment
  • Technical skills for imaging and deploying new hire assets
  • Polite and effective communication skills
