Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding 20,000 new employees by setting up computers and providing configuration and provisioning support
- Address connectivity and access issues for new hires
- Handle inbound calls in a busy call center environment, managing 300-400 calls per week
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment
- Technical skills for imaging and deploying new hire assets
- Polite and effective communication skills
