Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Support Specialist to enhance the member onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for members during the onboarding process, ensuring successful placement in care
  • Facilitate the booking of initial evaluation appointments and communicate insurance eligibility information
  • Resolve tech issues and address common questions to prevent member drop-off during enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in onboarding and customer service within a digital health or telehealth environment
  • Ability to learn and utilize tools like Zendesk and scheduling software effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and decisively in moving members from sign-up to booking
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in explaining complex information accessibly
  • Passion for expanding access to mental health care and improving member experiences
