Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Support Specialist to contribute to their dynamic and growing organization by effectively managing various tasks related to the onboarding process.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate the onboarding process
- Navigate and perform necessary tasks using SuccessFactor, Ticketing system, EC (Employee Central), Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, follow up on interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR processes and onboarding procedures
- Proficient in using SuccessFactors, Ticketing system, EC (Employee Central), Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
