Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Support Specialist to contribute to their dynamic and growing organization by effectively managing various tasks related to the onboarding process.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Navigate and perform necessary tasks using SuccessFactor, Ticketing system, EC (Employee Central), Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, follow up on interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR processes and onboarding procedures
  • Proficient in using SuccessFactors, Ticketing system, EC (Employee Central), Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
