Onboarding Systems Architect

Job Summary

To support client needs, the remote Onboarding Systems Architect will analyze requirements and implement them on the proprietary Benefitsolver platform, ensuring effective system configuration and collaboration with onboarding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery process to design and document system build specifications
• Validate technical requirements and serve as a liaison between client needs and business objectives
• Coordinate closely with build analysts and assist with data mapping and testing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Implementation and/or Project Management experience
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, system configuration, and ETL processes
• 1 to 3 years of experience writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with scripting or client-side programming languages
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
