Job Summary
Leading a team of Onboarding Specialists, the full-time remote Team Lead, Onboarding will manage, mentor, and develop team members while delivering high-impact training and consulting to ensure clients effectively utilize the software to enhance their financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to drive high performance and professional growth
- Execute customized training programs for various user personas and act as a primary consultant to client leadership
- Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics, collaborating with Implementation Management to refine enablement resources
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Enablement or Product Adoption within a SaaS environment, including 1+ years in team leadership
- Proven ability to manage team dynamics while executing individual enablement and project milestones
- Exceptional presentation skills for both small and large group settings
- Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle or B2B financial operations is preferred
- Analytical mindset with a working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
