Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Consultants focused on Mid-Market Restaurant groups
• Establish plans for customer engagements and oversee metrics analysis to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and drive efficiencies for large-scale rollouts

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical implementation roles
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Expert knowledge of SaaS implementation and configuration standards
• Proven success in delivering technical consultation on complex projects
• Ability to manage strategic and operational planning autonomously while monitoring business metrics
