Job Summary
Guiding new customers through the setup and configuration of a conversation-centric platform, the remote Onboarding Technician will assist with account setup, provide product training, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while meeting daily productivity metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share
- Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality
- Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Basic technical aptitude, including software support and device setup
- Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours (Mon-Fri 4:00 pm - 3:00 am)
- Proficient English (written and verbal communication)
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
