Job Summary

Guiding new customers through the setup and configuration of a platform, the part-time Onboarding Technician will provide customer support, technical configuration, and product training remotely during night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share
  • Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality
  • Deliver customer training on features and product usage while meeting daily productivity metrics
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing or support role
  • Basic technical aptitude, including software support and device setup
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours (Mon-Fri 4:00 pm - 3:00 am)
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Interest in AI tools and automation in customer support/onboarding workflows
