Job Summary

Providing clinical leadership and oversight for utilization management in advanced molecular and genetic testing, the remote Oncogenetics Medical Director will ensure evidence-based decision-making and optimal patient outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work to improve quality and promote evidence-based medicine
• Ensure the right service is provided at the right time for each member
• Collaborate with medical director teams on inpatient care management and clinical review processes

Required qualifications

• M.D., D.O., or M.B.B.S
• Specialized training in molecular pathology, oncology, or a related field
• Board certification approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS)
• Active unrestricted license to practice medicine
• 5+ years of clinical experience in oncology or genetic medicine
