Job Summary

Serving as the primary strategic lead for complex oncology provider accounts, the full-time remote Oncology Account Director will develop and execute multi-stakeholder account plans, fostering relationships with key decision-makers to enhance access and adoption of GSK's oncology therapies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key Population Based Decision Makers across assigned oncology accounts
  • Deliver clinical value proposition discussions and total cost-of-care analyses related to GSK products
  • Coordinate cross-functional account planning and support on-label formulary inclusion for GSK therapies
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
  • 4+ years in oncology-focused pharmaceutical/biotech roles
  • Account management experience in complex settings, such as Academic and Community Provider Networks
