Job Summary
Serving as the primary strategic lead for oncology provider accounts, the full-time remote Oncology Account Director will develop and execute multi-stakeholder account plans to enhance access and adoption of therapies across Southern California and Arizona.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across academic cancer centers and community oncology accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional account planning and support regional engagement with field partners to execute account strategies
- Deliver clinical value discussions and total cost-of-care analyses to facilitate formulary inclusion and access to GSK products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
- 4+ years in oncology-related commercial roles
- Account management experience in complex settings, including academic and community provider networks
- Fluency in clinical science and healthcare economics related to oncology
