Job Summary
Serving as the primary strategic lead for complex oncology provider accounts, the full-time remote Oncology Account Director will manage relationships with key decision-makers, develop multi-stakeholder account plans, and drive access strategies to enhance GSK's oncology goals across the South Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key Population Based Decision Makers across assigned oncology accounts
- Deliver clinical value proposition discussions and total cost-of-care analyses for portfolio products
- Lead cross-functional account planning and coordinate efforts to present a unified engagement strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
- 4+ years in oncology-focused pharmaceutical/biotech roles
- Account management experience in complex settings at the enterprise level
- Fluency in clinical science, healthcare economics, and oncology practice operations
