Job Summary
Serving as the primary strategic lead for complex oncology provider accounts, the full-time remote Oncology Account Director will develop and execute account plans to enhance access and drive growth for GSK's oncology therapies across Ohio, Michigan, and Indianapolis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in academic cancer centers and community oncology practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement account plans and deliver clinical value propositions
- Negotiate contract agreements and support on-label formulary inclusion for GSK products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
- 4+ years in oncology-focused commercial roles
- Experience managing accounts in complex settings, such as academic or community provider networks
- Fluency in clinical science and healthcare economics related to oncology
