Oncology Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering closely with clinical leaders and operational teams, the hybrid remote Oncology Business Analyst will analyze business needs, implement system solutions, and enhance healthcare applications supporting oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements in collaboration with oncology leadership and operational teams
• Translate operational needs into functional system designs and technology solutions
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of healthcare applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or coursework leading to RHIT certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare information systems, business systems analysis, or related field
• Experience planning, designing, and implementing health information system applications
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation workflows
