Oncology Business Analytics Director

Job Summary

Supporting multiple customer groups within the oncology therapeutic area, the full-time remote Oncology Business Analytics Director will conduct advanced analytics to measure marketing impact, drive promotional strategies, and enhance brand planning through sophisticated data analysis and customer segmentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
• Liaises between Marketing and Sales to develop effective business tactics and strategies
• Leads the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy and executes departmental procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years of analytic experience or a Master's degree with five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques, including multivariate analysis and promotional responsiveness techniques
• Experience in conducting digital analytics and using claims data for patient data analytics
• Strong statistical background with proficiency in R, Python, SAS, and SQL
• Expertise in Oncology and/or Rare Disease is required
