Oncology Business Analytics Director

Job Summary

Supporting multiple customer groups within the oncology therapeutic area, the full-time salaried Oncology Business Analytics Director will conduct advanced analytics to measure marketing impact, develop promotional strategies, and oversee customer profiling and segmentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
• Liaise between Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies
• Lead the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years of analytic experience or a Master's degree with five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and customer segmentation influencing marketing strategies
• Experience in digital analytics and claims data for patient data analytics
• Proficiency in R, Python, SAS, SQL, and data extraction tools
• Expertise in Oncology and/or Rare Disease required
