Oncology Care General Manager

Job Summary

As the General Manager for Oncology Care, the full-time remote position will manage program strategy, product development, and commercial growth for Color's oncology care programs, ensuring they are clinically robust and operationally scalable while enhancing patient and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and advance the strategy for oncology care programs, translating patient needs and market signals into business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new capabilities, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for patients and clinicians
• Own the go-to-market strategy, shaping how oncology care programs are communicated and positioned in the market

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in health technology, healthcare delivery, oncology, or related fields
• Strong background in both product strategy and commercial execution
• Experience with go-to-market work, including positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement
• External credibility with healthcare buyers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and make informed decisions
