Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the full-time salaried Oncology Care Navigator will manage logistics, perform insurance verifications, and serve as a primary contact for clinical inquiries in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end travel logistics and maintain records of financial transactions
• Perform comprehensive insurance verifications and secure necessary authorizations
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, assessing urgency and routing inquiries appropriately

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college education preferred
• Proven ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of punctuality and flexibility regarding shift assignments
• Spanish speaking preferred
