Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Care Specialist to coordinate patient care throughout the cancer care continuum.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the care and experience of Oncology patients through the cancer care continuum
• Schedules appointments and assists patients in navigating healthcare systems
• Develops and coordinates the lung screening program

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in patient care coordination or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and resources
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with electronic navigation software is preferred
