Oncology Case Manager RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Case Manager, RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for inpatient and outpatient oncology patients, including clinical assessments and case management
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and resources
• Monitor and document case management processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of three years of oncology experience required
• At least one year of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Current, active Registered Nurse license; Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
