Oncology Case Manager RN

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive care coordination, the full-time Oncology Case Manager RN will manage patient cases, facilitate treatment plans, and support individuals with active oncology diagnoses in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage data for the Case Management process using approved clinical guidelines
• Conduct clinical assessments to coordinate medical services and manage complex disease cases
• Educate patients and their support systems on diagnoses and treatment options while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or school of nursing
• Minimum of two years of oncology experience
• At least one year of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management
• Current, active Registered Nurse license
• Certification as a Case Manager or eligibility to sit for the exam within three years of employment
