Oncology Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

To support a growing oncology practice, the full-time Clinical Care Navigator, Oncology Flex will manage a caseload of oncology patients, coordinate care pathways, and ensure high-quality patient experiences while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor to eligible patients, promoting the benefits of Carrum Centers of Excellence
• Manage a moderate caseload requiring coordinated referrals, clinical triage, scheduling, and follow-up
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with external providers and internal partners for seamless care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience in oncology nursing or dedicated oncology navigation required
• 2+ years of experience in a consultative, sales, or patient-conversion role preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
