Oncology Clinical Data Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Trainer - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored training through the QCI Learning Pathway for newly hired Clinical Data Specialists
• Support trainees in mastering data abstraction techniques and document their performance
• Conduct feedback sessions and coaching to ensure trainees meet performance standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of abstraction experience with in-depth knowledge of the assigned service line
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for Nursing
• CTR certification required for Oncology roles
• Prior experience in training and/or education preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and exposure to multiple patient medical record systems
