Oncology Clinical Lead II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oncology Clinical Lead II will serve as the initial point of contact for site management quality concerns, oversee clinical monitoring deliverables, and ensure audit readiness while collaborating with biotech and pharma companies to advance medical innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for site management and monitoring quality concerns, initiating performance improvement plans as needed
• Plan and participate in sponsor calls, providing updates on clinical deliverables while representing the Clinical and SSU functions
• Monitor clinical operations metrics and ensure audit readiness, reviewing and responding to audit findings as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, with prior onsite monitoring experience preferred
• Experience in the therapeutic area of Oncology is required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate team members
• Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management
