Oncology Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

Providing vital pharmacy services, the part-time PRN Oncology Clinical Pharmacist will ensure appropriate medication selection, dosing, and administration while connecting with patients through counseling and follow-up calls in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services
• Verify and dispense medications accurately according to regulations
• Document services thoroughly and maintain compliance with accreditation standards

Required qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of immunization administration course (if applicable)
• Strong understanding of drug indications, effects, and interactions
• Experience in oncology pharmacy preferred
