Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Project Scientist, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, monitor, and report on clinical research trials
• Develop clinical research protocols and medical review plans, ensuring adherence to guidelines and safety procedures
• Communicate research findings and manage project budgets while training and mentoring study teams

Required Qualifications

• A Master's Degree, Ph.D., Pharm.D., or a B.A./B.S. with relevant clinical research experience
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Oncology
• Significant knowledge of basic and translational research related to cancer drug development
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment with a commitment to patient-centered clinical research
